3 days of yoga and hot spring bliss in fun and funky Truth or Consequences, NM.

I left this retreat feeling closer to my sweet and peaceful self than I have in a long while. I felt fully free to be my real self on the mat, while learning and while deciding how I wanted to show up, or not, for scheduled activities. Christine gives really good attention to her students/clients, meaning she sees them and adjusts to them individually and as a group - like an artist. This was my first yoga retreat ever, and I will be going back as often as I can to spend time with Christine and the great people who feel called to retreat with her. It’s also really affordable, so it felt like a really good value on that front. Worth exploring, whether you are a new to yoga or been around a while.

Sample Schedule below - Subject to Change.

Don’t let the early practice times scare you! Everything’s optional and you’re always welcome to come as you are! While this is a traditional practice and also makes use of the cooler hours outdoors, there are many sessions and you are welcome to build your own adventure!

Check out a few of the baths and relaxing spaces at La Paloma Hot Springs and Spa! Please be aware that only registered, overnight guests at La Paloma will have soaking privileges. This is a feature of being the first retreat back, staffing shortages and figuring it all out. We appreciate your understanding.

Please Note: Rooms book separately, call for reservations. Since we are the only guests on site during the retreat time, you’ll receive the phone number to make your reservation upon retreat registration - the website will show fully booked. After you are registered, they will expect your call and help you book your room. To see the rooms and suites they have and registration for each, check out lapalomahotspringsandspa.com - just remember, the rooms are held for our retreat!

• Yoga pose is not how the pose matches a picture, but how it feels in your body. You’re the only one who can know this. You are in charge of what happens on your mat.

• Rest when you want to, how you want to.

• If something hurts breathe, stop, slowly come out, always let me know.

• Pain to absolutely avoid is sharp or electric sensation. Intensity can feel like fatigue, stretch, compression or exertion. Always find an edge you can remain present with and not in spite of. Cultivate an even, steady breath through the nose, unless otherwise instructed. Don’t out-yoga your breath.
