We'll meet at 6:45 in a large parking lot in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains for warm chai, yoga starts promptly at 7 with breathing and yin postures before a moderately challenging 10 minute hike to our first vista for standing and balance poses. Another short hike to an open area where we'll roll out mats, shed our shoes and greet the sun with salutations and some challenging poses before a glorious Savasanahhhhh! Finish it off with another short hike to a group of boulders perfect for grounding our 15 minute seated meditation before a short descent back to the trailhead.
Bring your own mat and blanket (easily fit in a backpack) and water. Wear layers as we'll be in the foothills at dawn and conditions are dynamic.
