Experience the benefits of spending longer times - 2-5 minutes - in positions designed to create intense sensation and opportunities for recognizing and, over time, releasing habitual patterns of holding or resisting.
Beginner - Intermediate practice with short explanation and then an hour and a half or more of practice in simple poses moving from feet to shoulders with multiple modifications and resting poses in between. A slower practice, appropriate for meditation preparation, exploring feelings and sensations of stuckness, or just making friends with your body.
